When should I expect my domestic order to arrive in light of COVID-19?

Our (new, wonderful!) shipping partner will pick and pack your Cultivate goodies within 3-4 business days of receiving your order. Once they ship your package, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email to your inbox!

Due to the current season of COVID-19, we have seen a delay in standard domestic tracking updates as your package gets closer to home. This has been the case as UPS transfers your package over to USPS for the final delivery.  It is very likely that your goodies have arrived at your local post office, they just haven't been scanned into their system yet. Great news, though! Packages are still arriving, just a little bit later than shown. Let's give the mail carriers a little grace as they work hard to stay safe and deliver during this time with such a heavy volume!
